Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between sets and rounds?
A set is one work period (plus its rest). A round is a group of sets; you can add a longer break between rounds.
Is there a rest after the last set?
No. Each round ends on its final work period, so the timer finishes as soon as you do.
Can I use it with my phone in my pocket?
Yes. Keep the volume up; timing is based on the clock, so it stays correct even if the screen turns off. Full-screen mode also asks the device to keep the screen awake where supported.
